The discovery of Brazil

The discovery of Brazil was on April 22th, 1500, by the fleet commanded by Pedro Alvares Cabral. Pero Vaz de Caminha sent letters about their day-to-day to Portugal.

The caravelas were called Santa Maria, Pinta and Nina. First, Brazil was named "Vera Cruz", name given by Pedro Alvares Cabral. 

The meeting between Portuguese and Indians was also documented in the letter written by Caminha. The cultural shock was evident. The Indians did not recognize the animals that they brought, except for a parrot that the captain was carrying.

Pedro Alvares Cabral discovered the Brazil on April 22th 1500. His boat arrived in the bay. He went back of Lisboa on March 9th, 1500. He sailed the Bay on April 24th.

In April, 22  1500, Brazil was discovered by the fleet of Pedro Álvares Cabral. First he gave the name of Brazil of Terra de Vera Cruz later they change for Brazil. When they arrived here, there were indians.

The discovery of Brazil refers to the arrival on April 22, 1500, the fleet commanded by Pedro Alvares Cabral to the territoryin that is now Brazil.
 When the fleet arrived here,Brazil was named Ilha de Vera Cruz.   
The crew of Pedro Alvares Cabral saw many indians in Brazil. The first mass in Ilha de Vera Cruz was in April 26 of 1500, on a Sunday.

Lylian is a hero in her town. After school she saved 2 babies from a fire. They were sleeping , their mom run away and left the babies in the house . Lylian entered the house and saw the two babies on the sofa. She took them and run out of the house. Today the babies are ok!

My hero is my dad. I was crossing the street when a car came very fast. It was going to hit me when my dad ran and saved me!!!

Jonny was playing with his sister in the park, when he saw a woman being robbed. He said to his sister to wait, and he ran to help. When he got there, the man that was robbing the woman ran away. The woman was crying so he helped and welcomed her. Later, he managed to bring the woman's purse back.

A boy was swiming in a river close to his house when he started  to drown, he screamed very loud as loud as he could. Estela, a 7 years old litlle girl,  listened to it. She jumped into the water and saved him.

My hero

My hero is my dog. He was looking for me in the forest near my country farm. I was scared, he saved me. I broke my arm and my mother took me to the hospital. That's why he is my hero.

My hero's name is Lari. She is a dog. She saved a child when an earthquake started. She was walking when the baby began to cry. She ran into the house and she saw the mother and showed her where the child was. The baby was ok!!

My hero's name is luiz. He is my father. He saved me from a car accident. I was crossing the street to go to a store with my mother when he shouted. I jumped to the sidewalk.

My hero's name is Bob. He is a man. He saved my grandmother from a busy street. Nazir was crossing the street when a motorbike was coming very fast on the street. Bob ran, picked Nazir up and ran again. My grandmother had no injuries.

I broke my finger

On January 2009, I broke my finger in my club. I was playing handeball. The ball hit my finger. My finger swallen. The security took me to the infirmary.

My Father's Accident

My dad had motorcicle accident.
He's was on the street and he fell out the motorcicle.When he was 18 years old.
My stepmather helped him , but he didn't know her at that time.
Today my stepmather is a hero for my father , because she saved his life.

On January 2012 I broke my wrist.I was playing soccer and I feel out.My father and I went to the hospital and I put a plaster my wrist!!

In July 2009, I was in my friend's house playing soccer. Arthur kicked a ball but I didn't catch it properly. So I hurt my wrist.

In October 2011, I was at school, and my friend  unintentinally punched my nose and it started to bleed. And then, I went to the infirmary.

 In 2006, my sister jumped from the closet and she broke her arm. My mother and my father helped her. She broke her arm.

My hero is the soccer player RAI.He was born in Riberão Preto-SP.He scored many  goals for São Paulo and he was a very good player.There was a game beetwen Sao Paulo and  Corinthians and RAI scored 3 goals. Sao paulo won the Paulista championship!!!

and i like him because he is a very inteligent person.
